I was so sorry to hear of Tippy's passing. He was one of the first friends I met in 11th grade after moving to Pittsburgh from New York.  I knew his whole family and loved being around them. His Dad was a great football player in his day for Westinghouse High School and his athleticism rubbed of on Tippy as he became a great athlete.  Always fun to be with, and never a dull moment. He was truly a good person and not a mean bone in his body.  May his soul rest in peace !! God Bless you Tippy and we'll meet again !!  ❤️ Love from Joe Frank !!✝️✝️❤️❤️

A great friend and neighbor! We played baseball together on the Bears junior league team coached by his Dad! Tip was a great shortstop and starting pitcher ! I remember trudging home through the snow after ninth grade basketball practice at PJH while singing (out of tune) our favorite songs ! Later, when we were home from college on break , Tip would pick me up to scrimmage against the Penn Hills JV basketball team !  Condolences to his family !!
