JAMES DICK OBITUARY

James L. "Jim" Dick, 80, of Penn Township, passed away Monday, April 24, 2023. He was born in Pittsburgh to the late James L. and Anna (Marek) Dick. He is survived by his beloved wife, Joanne (Christ) Dick; his children, James Dick and Catherine (David) Lutz; grandchildren, Samantha Johnson (Mike), Kayla Diaz (Joshua), Brianna Urato (fiance Kyle Kelly) and Shane Urato; and great-grandchildren, Jaxon, Alivia and Hailey Diaz.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Charles Dick. Jim is also survived by numerous brother and sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews to who he was very close to along with many friends.

Jim enjoyed hunting, golfing, bowling and camping. He was an avid Pittsburgh sports fan, especially the Steelers. He was a former coach for the Penn-Trafford Baseball Association for several years.

Family and friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday, April 27, 2023, at the GENE H. CORL FUNERAL CHAPEL INC. AND CREMATION SERVICES OF MONROEVILLE, 4335 Northern Pike, 412-372-2100. Funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday, April 28, 2023, in the Penn Zion Lutheran Church, 3417 PA. Route 130, Harrison City. Interment will follow in Penn Lincoln Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society in Jim's name at www.cancer.org.
